THQ

THQ's Q2 fiscal 2009 earnings report had a number of interesting items in it including the Saint's Row 2+ million sold number but the most fascinating item is the platform sales breakdown. What you'll see in the table is Nintendo just dominating the numbers. The DS and Wii account for about 52% of the companies total net sales. Next up is Xbox 360 at just 6.6% then the PS2 (9.1) PS3 (7.7) and the PSP with 7.4%. Mario is just clobbering them folks!

Wow, Tendo is kicking some serious ass I guess. I knew the Wii was strong but these numbers ain't no joke.

That really is surprising. Without Nintendo would THQ even be around anymore?
