The Magic 8 Ball now says that all signs point to yes and the official BF Twitter agrees: Will it/won't it? We still don't know but it looks like there is a bit of light at the end of the tunnel... Could that be the update coming?There is also some chatter on the game's official UK forum that the current size of the patch is a whopping 1GB right now.*Update*
The BF2 1.50 patch beta is NOW available...finally. Here's a link:

Keep in mind, if you install this you'll have to do some registry tweaking to be able to play BF2 1.41 again...
