Sony is getting on the licensed peripheral and accessory band wagon finally. According to Sony website, once accepted into the program, vendors will be given access to technical documents and support to help make better products. This makes me wonder if the firmware 2.27 adapter breaking wasn't done on purpose to set this program up. While I don't think they'll let products like SplitFish's FragFX into the program, which is too bad really, this should make for better adapters and a host of new racing wheels and maybe some motion controllers more like a Wiimote than a Sixaxis
