Sony just released a small PS3 firmware update on PSN. The latest PlayStation firmware, V3.01, is so minor it's optional: ...an optional update that improves system stability during use of some PlayStation 3 format software.Here's a tip for you: if it ain't broken don't fix it. In other words, if you're not having problems don't touch this because firmware updates have a habit of causing headaches.
