Sony just revealed the God of War III Ultimate Edition I'm not sure what Kratos would think of it. Instead of going with a blade or dagger like Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, God of War III has Pandora's Box. I understand both of these items are pivotal to the individual stories but the box seems more like a stuffed animal casket or even a jewelry box. What exactly is a dude going to do with this thing? Condom holder?

The rest of the Ultimate Edition thankfully comes with some better items like the obligatory art book with content and interviews. The digital content you get access to with the GOW3:UE includes a combat arena, a Kratos skin, a full-length documentary covering the entire franchise, MP3s of both GOW2 and GOW3's soundtracks.





God of War III will be released on April 1, 2010.
