You've heard about the wannabe streaming gaming company Onlive and might have a passing interest in it but the latest demo by the firm should really grab your attention.

Onlive demoed an Onlive iPhone app that they say will let users play against PC and Onlive's box gamers in real-time. Wow, that certainly would be something wouldn't it? Bragging rights at the very least. Sony and Nintendo (and not MS with the Zune) can't be all too happy about this.

The report from Engadget though says the app isn't close to release at this point but still, pretty cool stuff.
