Riccitiello made a joke at Tiger Woods expense when asked if EA had any risk there with the franchise, "The audience buying the game might like it better this week..." I'll leave it up to you to decide if it was funny or not but those at the conference thought it funny enough to laugh out loud.

In addition to taking a little swipe at Tiger and his domestic problems, EA's CEO also talked about Tiger Online, a browser-based golf game coming in 2010 that will also feature multiplayer gaming. According to Riccitiello, "it feels and plays like a console game."



The game was originally announced back in May 2009 and was supposed to have an Autumn 2009 release date. It's probably for the best this game was delayed considering the Tiger troubles right now.

No word on whether you'll be able to have 10-12 girls on the sidelines cheering you on but at the very least you could watch two of Tiger's named mistresses on some pron sites at the same time you're playing the online golf game.
