I was going to post a Dante's Inferno gameplay but it's late and Destructoid have already posted a video showing the complete demo (ironically enough from an Xbox 360 preview version.) This is cut-scenes and all gameplay in about 25 minutes of video. I've embedded it below so you don't have to go anywhere.

The game looks interesting; you can see the God of War elements in here, as well as some influences from fighting games like Soul Caliber. It plays well enough too but you'll have to give it a try first to see if this is what you want considering God of War III is coming soonish (March 31st, 2010.)
