Microsoft sent this back after "servicing" some guy's Xbox. According to Nick H, he sent in his box for some service covered under RROD warranty and when he opened the returned console it was beat to hell right out of the box.

Normally I'd say this was the UPS guy because sometimes they just have to stomp on some packages - union rules I think.



Wouldn't surprise me if this chick worked at the warranty place:
