Official Wii Price Drop - Now 199 Dollars

Nintendo Wii Price Drop Nintendo is officially jumping into the console price war by dropping the price of a new Wii by $50.

Beginning Sunday, Sept. 27, Nintendo's suggested retail price for the Wii drops by $50 to $199.99. The new $199.99 Wii price point loses nothing and gains nothing over the previous SKU.

I love the prices of consoles getting cheaper but we need to start seeing some rational thought put into the pricing of games.

When I say old, I mean "classic" which is the original Resident Evil that was released on the GameCube in 2002 which itself was a remake of the original PlayStation game from 1996. That version featured new rooms, areas, items and creatures not found in the first version of the game. Check out the screenshots below.

While Lucidity has you controlling the elements she walks on, in Konami's Reflection, you control the main character AND her mirror image on the second screen. Sounds complicated but that might be what makes it fun.
