As in the weeks (months and years...) there's a Call of Duty game at number 1 and a Halo game at number 2, what is new though is that Red Dead Redemption has supplanted COD: WaW once again at number 3. This means that RDR is achieving some kind of mass and has really hit the mainstream - as it should because it's a hell of a game. Speaking of which, you can win a copy of Red Dead from GameJizz if you're lucky. Click here for more
On the Arcade side, RISK: Factions is still number 1 but the domination we saw last week from the classic Sonic games has completely disappeared but one (Sonic & Knuckles) still holds on tight at number 18.

Man, people really love the older versions of that game. Now if only Sega could make a new one that didn't suck they'd be rolling in dough! As of last week there are four Sonic variations in the top 5 XBLA rankings, the only game to beat them was RISK: Factions:
- RISK: FACTIONS
- SONIC & KNUCKLES
- Sonic The Hedgehog 3
- Sonic The Hedgehog 2
- Sonic The Hedgehog

The DLC is set to hit on July 27th and it will be free for those who have the token from a new copy of Alan Wake (either standard or collector's edition).
This is getting to be standard operating procedure and I'm OK with it because even if I rented the game as long as this is under $10 I'm still coming out on top.

C&C3 will run you $19.99 (compared to $47 at Amazon.)
Tomb Raider Underworld costs $19.99 (compared to $16 at Amazon.)
The Games on Demand section is starting to see some good things albeit a little later than I'd hope. I'd love to start seeing games coming out at release date or very soon after. Pricing seems to have improved as well but only on select titles; Amazon and other e-tailers are usually a bit cheaper if you don't include shipping (sometimes with shipping though.)
